Booking Process

1) Please check our availability calendar to see what is available. Please note - availability calendar is only a guide - it is updated approximately once a day so not always current.

2) Submit Booking Enquiry Form (below) then await response from us which will confirm availability, prices & how to pay.

3) NON TENT PITCH BOOKINGS: Pay 25% deposit within 7 days of making your reservation to confirm your booking (we will confirm receipt by email). Then pay your balance (+ separate £50 housekeeping deposit) 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. If less than 6 weeks away, please pay in full straight away - not forgetting your housekeeping deposit.

TENT PITCH BOOKINGS: Please pay in full 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. If your holiday is less than 6 weeks away, please make sure we receive this payment no more than 7 days from making your reservation.

4) Once we have received payment in full, we will send check-in details and directions by email.

Our preferred payment method is deposit/balance via bank transfer, and £50 housekeeping deposit (if applicable) via Paypal (so we can refund this the same way after your stay).
